TMJ Release/Neck Focus

This service is specifically designed for those who suffer from TMJD, but is also very beneficial for those who struggle with migraines, sinus issues and chronic neck pain. I will work inside the mouth to release the muscles surrounding the temporomandibular joint and then work externally releasing the scalp, face, neck and shoulders. This is a style of therapeutic work and can be uncomfortable. I will happily walk you through breathing techniques and educate you along the way to ensure your comfortability, as well as send you home with self-work techniques to prolong this relief!

Rest, Relax & Restore

Creating intentional space and time for you to rest, relax and restore and realign mind, body and soul. I will guide you through some breath work to release tension and settle in. Encouraging this relaxation with a Swedish massage base in addition to warm towels, a foot scrub, aromatherapy, hot stones, a scalp massage and finished with energy work to help you feel restored. We will hit ALL the points.This is your "YOU" time. Water, coffee and healthy snacks always encouraged afterwards and are provided! Best paired with a 90 min**

The Facial Massage

Unwind with a soothing facial massage, designed to relax your cranial, facial and neck muscles. This gentle, rhythmic treatment uses light- medium pressure to boost circulation, relieve tension and support lymphatic drainage. Greatly infused with in-depth TMJ and neck work, oral work is optional but highly suggested! We start at the top, with a relaxing scalp oiled massage, stimulating your hair follicles. Then working the cranial muscles to help you slowly ease into bliss. Using hot towels and oils we will massage the face and neck, this is a great opportunity for TMJ and chest work, to help open the heart chakra <3

Red Light Therapy Mat add-on

Not all red light is the same, with the correct Hz and wavelengths, visible red light can reach about 8–10mm into the skin.
