This service is specifically designed for those who suffer from TMJD, but is also very beneficial for those who struggle with migraines, sinus issues and chronic neck pain. I will work inside the mouth to release the muscles surrounding the temporomandibular joint and then work externally releasing the scalp, face, neck and shoulders. This is a style of therapeutic work and can be uncomfortable. I will happily walk you through breathing techniques and educate you along the way to ensure your comfortability, as well as send you home with self-work techniques to prolong this relief!
